We want you to be fully satisfied with your Bather purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, all swimwear must be returned with the original protective liner intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene liners are still attached to the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange order will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
